Arrange for a leader before your meeting
Leaders set up readers before meeting and encourage using the Big Book. Our readings are available on the home page. Encourage our leaders to use the tools provided. Discourage screen sharing.
New secretaries will be voted in at the meeting level.

Secretaries manage meetings as we do our in person meetings - We do our best to keep our meetings on topic. We share our “Experience, Strength and Hope '' There is a list of topics that accompany our leader information. If meetings start to go sideways, encourage our members/guests to stay on after the meeting, that there will be somebody to talk with when the meeting is over.
